Steel Door in Huddersfield

We recently completed work for a steel hinged personnel doorset in the Huddersfield area. Mr Whitwam was really pleased with the result and the impact it has on keeping his home secure.

After an initial phone call we arranged a time for our engineers to carry out a site survey. We always try to do this as it allows us to discuss the client’s needs with them, as well as giving us a chance to offer our advice. at Excel we supply a range of security products, which includes roller shutters and garage doors, but in this instance it was determined that a secure door would be the best option for the client. After we had spoke to the client our engineers took all measurements necessary before bringing all the details back to the head office so we could begin the manufacture process.

The door leaf was constructed with 1.2mm Zintec Steel with Dufalyte honeycomb core for extra strength. The door frame is also constructed from 1.6mm Zintec Steel, fitted with stainless steel hinges.

Mr Whitham choose the white colour finishing option, so it would match with his existing aesthetics of the house and window colours.
